It is very horrible experience for me with safe express. My luggage delivery is already more than one week delay. Several times I have tried to contact customer care, but all are donkey. I didn't get any proper response from them about my luggage. As per my view never book your luggage in safe express if you want it in urgent. During booking they will ensure you that you will get your parcel on some particular date, but dont belive them, atleast add 2 weeks more to expected date of delivery. this is my first and last experience with safe express
