Lost Items:
1. 2 mattress of high quality(Livanto and orthopadic) with pillows (more than 40K)
2. Utensil basket (500rs)
3. 25 kg premium basmati rice of 2700rs
4. Nilkamal office chair of 13K
5. half of Wooden bed (bed cost 28k)
6. 18 out of 20 flower pots and with costly flower trees (20K)
7. Wet grinder (6K)
Damaged Items :
1. Most of the glass items(sets)
2. Glass mirror of 10K
3. Freeze and all its drawer (25k)
4. Cycle mudguard
5. Scooter mirrors
6. high quality glass top on dining table (3K)
7. main door welcome show piece glass broken
8. Both beds almost damaged (60K)
9. Kids tent house
10. many things which we are unable to recollect
Issues: Before getting in to contract, they treated so well and also packing so well on time. But after that its very difficult to contact them including Rohit([protected]). It was said, I will get in 7 days but received on 17th days with so much chase and call. Vijay ([protected]) told vehicle got accident that's why it got delayed. But it should be informed to customer as well. Within these days, we took guest house as I have 2 small kids. Then we managed somehow by renting gadda and fan. When received they have to unpack and at least expecting beds to be set properly. They delivered all damaged products and told they will come and fix it. Its more than 4 weeks, no one is taking responsibilities and still we are facing so much of issue. I had taken insurance of 1Lakh but that also did not happen till now and even they are not sharing the information with insurance team who is helping us.
They told, few items found but my question why they are not giving to us.
My query, are you really treating your customer and also do not understand their issues though you are from a re-known packers and movers charges 81K with insurance.
Please suggest how you people can save me from my loss and also helped me in my difficult situation. After all its all hard earned money and I demand 1Cr from them because of mental harassment. This people will learn if they also pay a huge amount of money.
Please support asap. I do not want to recommend Sahara packers and Mover service to anyone and nor I will go in future.
