[Resolved] Sai Education And Job Consultancy — Fake commitment and not refunding money.

I paid one lakh rupees on basis of a 6months contract to Sai education and job consultancy that they would get a Job in Singapore on 30/Nov/2021. Apparently they failed to get me the job and the contract ended by May/2022. While asking for refund, they said to send a requisition mail and they would refund the money within 3-4 weeks as per their policy. After continuous follow up they asked me to visit their office on 26/June/2022 saying that they would refund but eventually sent me empty handed saying that they would refund on 30 June. While I contacted them on 30th June they said they would refund on 7th July. I did contact them on 7th July(Today) but they keep dogging with their nonsense excuses. They made me wait for 6 months for job and they are not refunding money.

As per your job request we showed our preferred attention to your job process. But the Visa process got delayed based on the Singapore Government rules after November started to provide the limited Visa’s only.

During the pandemic situations we couldn’t provide the job placement. We should complete the previous batch. So, the current batch process got prolonged the days.

Mr.Gokulan,

We are not intensely did anything to you. As per the agreement we need to refund the full amount.
So, we couldn’t refund on time.

Our sincere apologies for the job process delay and as per the terms and conditions we already enclosed the time duration, disclaimer and refund policy and we already updated the current situations to you.

As per your refund request we have transferred your full amount.
