Sai Service Station — Complain about worst service — feeling like cheated by you | |||||
Hello sir, Its is unexpected from sai service that they are robbing their customers and fool them... On 11 july 2016 i reached sai service center, andheri (East) for my maruti wagon-r, vxi - mh.-02. Bj.1354 for car servicing and other issue... The service person checked my car and said that fuel pipe and many wires was damaged by rat and also major problem with volvo and other things... I belive that car should be drive carefully and not also maintain without compromise... So i clearly told your enigineer i dont want any issue in my car... U do which is good for my car... On 14th july 2016 i rached sai service center and recievied my car paying the huge amount of 23 thousand 309 rupees for car maintainece and seriving including part change... But after few days when i feel that car is not responding as like earlier... Then i again contacted sai service branch... They given me apointement of 24th july 2016 and called me for car check... I went to there again and told your irrisponsible machinc that... 1- there has a major noise when i press the clutch or excilator... 2- i can easily hear the worst noise of tyre and engine while driving... This problem was not with the car before car entered in sai service center andheri... 3-car is not responding well. But sai servicer engineer check the car and told me there has no issue... And ignore his duty saying this... Now the car enigne noise, tyre noise, and clutch and exclrator roar noise is increased... Its all major issued started from when my car came from your service center... Today i also got to know the clip of front bumper which was damaged, also not changed by your irresponsible mechanic and it was stick by faves tic only... Today clip also left the bumper... For what i paid approx 24 thousand to u... Pls let me know... Worst service and worst response was not expected from u... Also not expected that u do this type of cheating to your customer..
