I am indeed expressing displeasure towards your staff. I had left my car for service and repair of damages on 14 jul 17. I was told that the service followed by repairs with the insurance follow up team will take about 4 days and my car will be available on 18/ 19 aug 17. The service was completed the same day however, the repair survey for insurance wasn't done which finally happened on wednesday. There after despite repeated efforts the car has still not been delivered. So far i have incurred a good amount of money loss for transit ting by taxies and also borrowing vehicles and getting them fuelled beyond my usage. My car was to be delivered today finally as told by your representative and for the same i took a paid leave today. But again i was told that there is some delay and the car has still not been returned.in view of the foregoing i request you to reimburse losses in terms of time and money and initiate my delivery at the earliest
