i booked a Bus Ticket From Ludhiana to New Delhi from Via .Ticket number = 2515787, Seat Number = 4, Amount Paid = Rs.450. 2) While Reservation it was clear about the Pickup Location, seat number and type of Coach.it is also mention is my Ticket also.The name of the place from where the bus has to pickup me is JAGRAO BRIDGE . My seat number is 4 and it is non AC . 3) at 9 o clock i got a call from your office (SAI TRAVELS ) that bus can not pickup you from the JAGRAO BRIDGE, they are forcing me to change the coach and travel in VOLVO and you have to pay according to VOLOVO Bus Fair .Whenever i refused to change my coach and Bus also they did Misbehavior with me .The name of person who did misbehavior with me is VARUN KAUMAR .i got apporx 15 calls from your office and all of them were trying to make fool me, Mr, VARUN KAUMR called me first and asked me if you do not wanna change your coach you can Cancel you ticket and get you money back as soon as possible, after that he changed his statement and asked that he can not refund your money . I could not change my pickup location bz it is safe and that pickup location is situated in the City, but he called me (VARUN KUMAR) said that we are changing your pickup location which is PHULLAR .it is approx 18KM away from Original Pickup location.how can i go to that pickup point in midnight 12 am .i could not afford Volvo Bus Charges but they were forcing me to do that .After that i got a message on my mobile around 10.50pm from Mr, VARUN KUMAR that your seat number has been changed & new seat number is 48.
