I have booked a plot in swo india varanasi project, i have paid all the amount in 2014 only of 10.5 lacs rupees for booking of plot no 164 but till now there is neither calling for registration of plot nor returning the money. Please help me as I am going to retire in 2018 and i have no home to settle.

Please get united all the buyers of Varanasi project, file FIR as Economic Offence and post the copy of FIR in this site which will be helpful to other buyers of different project.Sitting idle will not serve the purpose.All FIRS should be filed in all the states wherever the project lies.
