Sakra world hospital — charges and nursing

Complaint1:
My Mom is a Rheumatoid patient and recently I moved to Bangalore. As per the reviews and relatives suggestion I took an appointment with Dr. Dharmanand who is doctor in Sakra World hospital Rheumatology department and visited him. He has written for some lab investigations and told that she has multiple problems in body and over pains are there on lower abdominal. So He told to admit in the hospital for 3 days so that all the respective department doctors will come and do the investigations. so that we can decide on final treatment. So one fine day I admitted her and it took 4 days to discharge from the hospital. They have done all the Investigations and finally told that for Rheumatoid we can give medicines as already everyone knows. but Surgeon told that my mom has to undergo Spinal surgery. This is also I am fine and I told that it is already 4 days that we are here and we will come after a month as i need to check finance also. So they have written for discharge on 12th April 2018 morning 8'o clock and they have handover everything on evening 5'0 clock.
Complaint 1: When I checked the bill they have charged for uneccessary medicines like they have given tablets for 3 days and there are no more tablets left over but they charged for 2 sheets of tablets for everything. Once I asked them then they changed that.
Complaint 2: The charges are very high comparative to other hospitals I feel. below are the main I am mentioning
MRI scan : 17100
CT Scan : 18700
Apart from above I mentioned all the charges that they were charged are very high comparative to other hospital.
After discharging from Sakra I went to Mahavir Jain hospital for second opinion. But the treatment and services that Mahavir Jain hospital provided was excellent. Even Mahavir Jain hospital have done MRI again and they charged only 7000 rupees.
Then I came to know that Sakra people are cheated me. I cannot comment on Mr. dharmanand as he took good care of my mom and the hospital management was very rude at billing department also.
Complaint 3: The maid who are helpful to the patients in common ward are very rude to the patients. Only one maid is there for the entire common ward which is not at all acceptable.

If Hospital is charging more, then they have to give the facilities also in the same manner. I can tell Mahavir Jain hospital services and facilities are very good comparative to Sakra and the charges are more in Sakra only.

The Hospital has charged me 83000 and there is no treatment for this. This is only investigations charges and bed charges.

I am expecting Refund on this.
