I shopped an ethnic dress online from "salore", an online/ facebook based store in Delhi. They asked me to make the payment to confirm the order. It was suppose to reach by 2nd week of November 2015 (diwali). But it didn't. And its been 8 long months now since I placed the order. I asked them to cancel and refund the order in January but they failed again. They have been making false promises every time I ask fr my money. I am facing this mental harassment since quite a long now.
