Sam higginbottom institute of agriculture technology and sciences — Admission Amount taken for Course but neither admission confirmed nor amount taken refunded

I (Atul Vasisht) applied for admission into MBA distance education course in University - Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Sciences (SHIATS). I had paid the fees in first week of January 2015 to one its learning centre (DESC Code - IMNUP052) mentioned on its official website. However, till date I had not received even the registration number for the admission nor the refund of the fee deposited to Learning centre for admission. I had escalated the issue to University authorities and even interacted with Director of distance education Mr Wilson Kispotta of SHIATS DDE. It appears that some unknown reasons Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Sciences (SHIATS) is very lenient with its corrupt learning centre officials which are involved which are taking money from prospective students in name of admission into courses. However, later not even refunding the amount taken for admission from students even if they are not able to get admission done.
