Samaresh Ghosh — Fraudulent use of my mobile number

Sub: someone(Broker) cheat my money by posting attracting vehicle sell ad on quikr/olx website

The ads which is given by this no. [protected]/[protected], may be his name samaresh ghosh or bukai ghosh ( and with another person named munna[m][protected] ), he is a fraud/cheater/ fake person..He will assure me that he will give me (Bank auction or finance loan default ) old vehicle at very low price etc..Etc. He said their office is located at lilua/bhawanipur..Etc..Etc. But never give me any exact address..He/they totally play a scam game with me.First he said to deposit a amount as a token money to booked the vehicle and i do that. After one day he suggest me to deposit the complete amount of the vehicle in cash or draft (No cheque) in a specific account no...But he would not give me any vehicle papers/ noc /any acceptable money received, and said that i will get the delivery of vehicle after two days from the date of full amount deposited with all paper .When i felt some confusion and realized that he can cheat my big amount, i decide that i will not deposit the full big amount and ask him to refund my token money which was refundable.But now he did not refund my token money and not receive my phone.
I have been cheated . I have the money received of the token money which is not refund to me till now. And i have also record + save the all phone call conversation among us and saved in my phone .[i[censored] want it i can provide u through mail.
