Ref No.[protected]. I have booked the cylinder on[protected], it hasnt been delivered till today[protected]. I have received a message stating that cylinder has been delivered which in fact wasnt. I tjink the delivery agents are selling them in black. They do not answer any calls, even after calling for hundreds of times. No sings of customer service.
