Samiah International Builders — Bus overoccupied

Samay Shatabdi team,
I am travelling from Kanpur to Delhi on 15.08.2022 from Samay Shatabdi bus number UP 78 FT 2376. All seats are occupied but there are approx. 15 passengers sitting on floor as well. This has the worst experience first time.
