I ordered from dominos, and to my surprise it was the worst experience i had with dominos. We ordered from dominos IP extension we gave the order at 10 :40 pm( bill is attached) and received the same at 11: 45 pm the delivery boy didnt even apologised for late delivery and when we called up the manager Mr. Wasim his words were' if you want to take pay and take otherwise we will cl back the pizaa'. This kind of behaviour in customer oriented reputed restaurant was never expected, at last we thought as it was very late we should take pizzA but when we opened the pizza it was cold and hard therefore we sent the order back and took the bill so that we can reach to dominos customer center and tell them that people like wasim should be taught how to tackle the customer. And to talk about free pizza after 30 min its all damn fake.
