Sanitation — sanitation staf[censored]sing abusive language when asked the garbage was not taken

Hello ghmc team,

This morning at my residence the lady and family who comes to pick up the garbage had big fight in-front of my house where we asked her normally why are you people not picking up the garbage tough we are paying frequently, lady jumped from the grabge vehicle and started should and was very abusive language and she even hit me and the fight was too worse as we asked her that she was not picking up the garbage since a week. She used such filty language and we are the residents of that area. And when i called up mr. Deputy commissioner at 10:30 am on his phone his pa attended the call and said that he is in a meeting please call after 30 mins, when again i tried reaching him to brief the issue mr dc was disconnecting the call and simply he was asking to text, when i texted him he was not responding again i tried call him again he was still asking me to text him. How responsible the dc is, if the dc is in continuous meetings who is going to address these kind of # issues. Can we get some responses on this atleast.
