Sub: pathetic system of yours to address customer in case of any complaint.
I am your loyal byer of all your products. I have made complaint regarding nonstick coating on diamond coated pan set on 27th sept 2017 vide complainte number wc/sf/270917/100, on the day of complaint i was told that technician will visit my place within 48 hrs. But your technician never turned up till 30th sept 2017. There after continually i have been contacting your call center on toll free number but merely every day and your staff in charge mr. Anas, mr. Vishal and mr. Milind at various instances given the same answer that the technician will come within 48 hrs. But your technician appeared on 10th of oct.2017 i. E. After 13 days. On his visit he only took photographs and went away informing me that you will receive call from our department after 10 days. I was very much surprised why it should take 10 days for responding in this era of customer oriented business world as customer is always on top priority. Next day i. E. On 11th oct 2017 again i called up call center to know the status of my complaint but again i was told that technician will come within 48 hrs. Which indicates that you have disgracing system which is not time bonded progressive. Also upon enquiring regarding the office numbers of superior authority i was boldly refused to share any office telephone number saying that they are not allowed. I enquired about the numbers of you as well mr. Saksena and mr. Apoorva but i was refused to share any number. Know it is within customer’s fundamental rights to know the office contact numbers if he is not satisfied with the action/decision taken by subordinate staff. I personally condemned the response given by you and deliberate delay made in order to harass customers from refraining from making any complaints. It is not important that what conclusion is taken after customer’s complaint but it is very important that how promptly the customer is responded and action taken. I hope that you personally understand my concern and take appropriate action to improve your after sales relationship with customer and preventing customers to approach consumer courts for justice. I request you to respond immediately and take action.
