Sanjeevani Medical Stores — No humanity in behaviour on emergencies

Am a Asthama Patient, I require instant relief when i have a astama attack, In emergencies i need to go to the nearby medical shops and ask for the immediate relief medicine prescribed by the doctor with the prescription, Here in my case what i have observed Since couple of times is that the owner of "sanjeevani medical hall" has become very very much inhuman in behaviour, he is not providing the medicine which he is having which we can see in stock without an expiry date, which is very well fresh stock in is stores, it has been done by him because earlier I used to take medicine from him regularly without discount, but when I get astama attack in late night or mid of night I get it from Medical stoes like Apollo, MedPlus, etc at discount price but I asked him the same discount he denied and started avoiding any saying he doesn't have medicine, don't you think this is human behaviour if he doesn't want to give the discount and wants to carry such kind of behaviour just for not giving discount that a as achemist or druggist, it means he is very very mean mentality person who is running the stores only to serve people who don't ask discounts then its better, he should opt for different business but not this Medical one as one like me or other who comes in any sort of emergencies comes to him and purchases medicine and if he denies just because he doesn't want to give discount is, he is doing a "CRIME" to the society by such type of inhuman behaviour,
I would like this person to be punished as this is unethical in medicine business, because we run to medical shop in emergencies either to save our life or others but it is a place to provide medicine in time and that to at lower price as medicines are not for profit making but for curing
