On March 13, 2024, we maintained ongoing communication with the Tata Finance team, including Ms. Vinita Singhal, Mr. Lav, Mr. Avinash Agarwal, and Mr. Nawaz, regarding TDS matters.
We have been endeavoring to deduct TDS from our interest payments in compliance with tax regulations. However, our attempts have been hindered by the automated payment system operated by our bank, which does not allow us to deduct the TDS amount accordingly.
