My son's (2 years) pair of power glasses was ordered on 16th Oct 2020 (MRD no: 3954427) with full payment and with a commitment of getting it delivered to my home (the distance between the hospital and my home is approx 5 kms) and today it is Nov 2 2020, did not receive it. They gave me the tracking id (which I am not supposed to take care of, it's Sankara Nethralaya Newtown's responsibility to get it delivered as I came to you and not your logistic partner). I called that vendor several times. Very rude and unresponsive, just like the very unresponsive lady who sits at the optical desk.
The lady who sits at the opticals shops within Sankara Nethralaya Kolkata does not have any empathy towards patients, poor service and poor professionalism.
