Sansui India — Faulty LED 32" TV | |||
Dear, This is really a big embarrassment for a sansui customer like me that the company is treating in such manner. I have purchased a LED on 8 Feb 2015 and it was found faulty. i complaint and all time i was said that approval is awaited sometimes product is in warehouse, ultimately more than one and half month still my problem has not been solved, also my complaint has been closed without my concern.I have also talked to the area manger but not satisfied with his answer.Please resolve my problem as soon otherwise i will take some other strict action.
