Dear Sir,
We have purchase sansui LCD 32" on 2014 of 1+2 year warranty and we send this lcd to our home town, after one half year problem with lcd, and complainant have lunch at sansui, OM GURU service center name prasant kumar sethi form jajpur town site the engineer came to house and check my LCD and return back to service center and update/close my complainant record at sansui website.

But my question is we have purchase sansui lcd how came he have close the complanent on videocon led tv of different sl no

when we have check at service center my mobile no, name has been update at but of different tv i.e VIDEOCON .

My request to all customer be carefull from this fraud service center .
