I have purchased A led Tv of your brand and now I'm seeing this the worst mistake of my life to by an Led tv from your brand Its panel is not working I have raised a complaint regarding it on 12th July complaint number is DEL[protected] your technician visited and told me its panel is faulty and he went away he didn't told me when it will be replaced then I called customer-care and told them the same they give me the Area Manager number he told me that it would be replaced by Wednesday I called again and got your Branch Officers number he told me the same.
On Wednesday the technician arrived with another damaged panel and told me that he had made a mistake and will replace it in the next day I called your customer service center they ask me for 24 hour After 24 hour the issue is still the same.
Now I want my money to be refunded as I'm completely exulted and harassed by all of your officers and I don't want to be part of sansui family after this kind of feedback from you.
My humble request to you is that kindly take your Led tv and refund my money ASAP so I can by another Led TV Please do it on urgent bases and keep me in loop otherwise I have to go to the consumer court and have to make my claim there.
