Sansui India — sansui ac not cooling properly after use of one season only

I purchased SANSUI split ac from flipkart.com but ac not cooling properly after use of one season only. I logged a complain through SMS on 05.06.2019 with complain id DEL[protected] but till now no engineer visit done. I am trying to call customer care through given number but the number is always busy. I wrote a mail to connect with customer care but no reply from their side.

The AC is under warranty till 15.07.2019.

The service quality is very poor...i dont expect such kind of customer treatment from a big brand Videocon.

Very Very disappointed.
