Sansui India — Warranty and installation | |||
I have purchased a Sansui led TV (SKP30HH) from a dealer through Snapdeal (online market portal). I had requested for installation. A service engineer visited at my place. Noted down model and serial no and denied for free installation. For that too, he also told me that no warranty will be provided as it was purchased from Snapdeal. Now, my question is: 1. Why installation is chargeable for new brand product If purchasedpurchased from onlonline and free for others.? 2. Why there is different standards of warranty and service? 3. Why and how can you decide from where (online or local dealer) we need to purchase a product. Please respond and resolve the issue at earliest.
