Sansui TV — defective TV

I have purchesed one colour tv 2002 from local dealer gupta electronics etawah. That time warrenty period was 7 yrs. But this set have created a large problems in 6 months. I had complaint to dealer. Many company persons had come to solve the problem. But they could not remove the problem. At last I had filed this case in Etawah Distt consumer forum. I want to say that company remove this problem or change this tv. Please help me.
