Santhosh — IFB customer Service not attending to check the problem

My washing machine - IFB Front load elena sx stopped working and called IFB service center on 24th Jan and registered a ticket[protected]. Couple of guys called me later from IFB but they never visited my place. Today (31st Jan) I called up again service center and they provided me hyderabad local service contacts - 3 in total of Sampath. I tried calling on mobile but not lifted the calls. Finally, I called on landline and they said at any cost today service personnel will be sent. Nobody visited and I had to call in the evening. I recieved same asnwer that technician would be coming for sure but did not come. I wonder if these guys ever care for customers.Can you please help me in this regard.

Updated by Santhosh Nag I called up the service center today and today I got update that today is holiday for the service which I assumed yesterday. But, yesterday hyderabad local guys promised me that they will be visiting me today just in case if they could not come yesterday which they did not come. Today, I saw all of the numbers not working and called up IFB customer care to find that today is surely holiday. I was promised by them the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, lets see. Very pathetic company and service.

Its been 24 hours since they said it will be resolved. I did not yet recieve any call from them. I called Sampath on his mobile but could not connect to him.
