Saphire Honda — Poor service

I am not at all happy with your servicing, i am done with three free services till now and due for 4th servicing. The vehicle was not serviced properly from the 1st servicing only. I have got gair box oil leakage in my vehicle and due to over pressure applied on the vehicle has resulted in bent in the fork. I complained to service advisor at the time i was providing the vehicle for servicing but did not receive a proper resolution. Finally when i felt i am no more able to ride the vehicle, i complained to mahesh who was the manager heading bilakhalli, i received a resolution but not completely. Fork bent is still not resolved and gair box oil leakage is still there, i complained to current manager in bilekhalli branch at the time of taking delivery of my vehicle after 3rd servicing. He rode the vehicle for 10 minutes and told everything is fine where as when i check the vehicle near a local service center, they say that the issue is not yet resolved.

I am fed up running behind your servicing team to get a resolution, they would keep the vehicle for 2 - 3 days or even more (During second service) but didn't get a solution. The service center team acts as if i they are doing a charity work for me
