SAPPHIRE — Request to close manhole near my vicinity

Dear Sir/Mam,

This to your notice that there is a manhole adjacent to my apartment which the dirty human feaces and urinary water flows outside to the road and stays in front of the apartment blocking way to pass through the road.

My humble request to the cooperation is just to close the man hole as fast as it can happen as this creates a hub for mosquito to breed and later can cause many types of disease.

Please request you to help me and our surrounding to be clean by closing the manhole and make a flow below the ground.

Hope you get the situation which is worsen and needed your help badly.
