Dear sir,

This is an also working in banking sector only in saptagiri grameena bank, v kota branch we have deposited 25200/- for gold loan closure on 1st june 2017 which was in my uncle name he is passed away and we have provided all necessary docs for death claim still loan closure was not done and my sister was visiting branch in every week. Your staff was behaving like # and used ugly words. If closure was not happened in this week am going to complaint in social media and i'll sent mail to rbi.
