I have paid for booking of room at sapthagiri rest room, thirumala on 19th april'2024, all the conversion & details done in whatsapp & through phone cotacts only(sapthagiri rest house -contact mobile no:[protected], we got all this details from internet only. In 1st instant, the incharge person asked to pay rs.2000 + 20 for single ac room& mentioned that the amount should be paid in the shared account details which was shared in the whatsapp (kotak mahindra bank, a/c-[protected], ifsc-kkbk0007889, name- sapthgiri rest house, thirumala branch), so i have paid rs.[protected]+20) in gpay-bank transfer- ref.No.[protected]. He said no! u wrongly send, u send again correctly now -in the given qr scan code like first send rs.2000 then rs.20, so again i have sent rs.2000 then rs.20... In the gpay qr scaning mode (ref no.[protected]rs.20);[protected]rs.2000) & again he was saying that no! u wrongly send, u send fastly the amount rs.2000 & then rs.20 with in one minutes, then only it will be booked correctly. So i said u pls refund all previous amount, i will do it again, he said no! no! u again do the correct payment; i will refund all the previous amounts (2020 + 2000 +20= total rs.4040) to me.. So, i said no! u ...Pls refund the amount of rs.4040, but he was stopped replying in the wahtsapp, again i messaged that i will cancel the booking, so refund the total amount. But now he is not responding to my phone calls, tried many times... The severe action to be taken against complaint
