Hello team,
The study table I received is damaged from multiple sides. I have been calling Insaraf everyday for past 2 months and everytime someone promises me that a carpenter will visit to fix the issue or a replacement will be provided if can't be fixed.
But for last 2 months no one visited to fix the issue. I am tired of calling Insaraf and requesting to look into the complaint.
A lady called Ms. Deepika contacted me from escalation desk but after taking photos of the damaged item stopped attending my calls and didn't help.
It has been more than 2 months I bought the product and still following up with Insaraf for this issue to be resolved. Never thought to guys will have such ### CUSTOMER service and you would be treating CUSTOMER this badly Was this information helpful? |
