I bought a king size cot against order no: #INSF[protected] & was delivered on 08/04/2021. I had immediately raised a complaint on 9th April 2021 of a long crack in the cot. They suggest me to mail the same with relevant images. I had done the same on 10/04/2021 & since then following up with them for the replacement. After several follow-ups they agreed to send a carpenter & he had visited after several promises. He had suggested for applying glue at the faulty area, but that would only be a temporary solution. I had since been following up with repeated mails & they have only been promising of getting back to me after consulting with their team.
I had also suggested them to only replace the portion that is defective, rather than the entire product. There has been no response to this too.
