Jaipur Sideboard delivered but with 1 door cracked, front drawer cracked with a screw fitted over crack, 2nd door separated from hinge after heavy rains and expanding. Sent an email with photos asking for repairs (it toook 5 months for the item to be delivered). Only 1 email asking me to confirm if a technician could be sent to attend to the issue. I repsonded within 30 mins. AFter that, sent reminders, no revert to date.
I just called up on the [protected] no. for the fourth time today.
1. No one was able to give me a status update.
2. I was first asked to wait for 2 days for an update.
3. Mr. Sumit Kumar asked me whether a technicican had already called me. When I answered that no one ahs called me, he changed that to " A technician will call me".
4. I asked to be connected to a Senior that was not done. Ans I get : "I am not authorized"
5. I asked for contact details of the technician - that was not shared. Ans i get : " I do not know- its third party"
6. Since staff on the customer care are "NOT AUTHPRIZED and DO NOT KNOW" I asked for contact details of anyone who can assist. That was also not shared.
