I placed an Order #INSF[protected] for a king size kuber bed with SARAF FURNITURE on their website insaraf.com on 3rd January 2021. I was informed that the order would be shipped with in 6 weeks, i.e. before 14th February 2021, which i thought is ok and so placed the order. But they didn't meet the timeline. I contacted them on their Whatsapp and on call support in which they promised me to ship by 24th February 2021 due to incomplete finish job. On 24th, again they postponed to 27th February 2021. Again when contacted, they are saying 7 or 10th march 2021. Prashanth, Prerana, Vihan etc are giving different reasons and different dates. I asked team to cancel the order on 24th February 2021 through their emails [protected]@insaraf.com and [protected]@insaraf.com for which there is no reply from them. So, i am cheated by them which led me to have sleepless nights. Please look into the issue and make them refund the entire amount including interest charged by bank as i took it on EMI.
