It has been, seen that your support team now don't reply to any customer emails that have been reported to you. Last time also I dropped mails to your team for furniture installation, but your team didn't respond anyting. I had to contact the sales person, he arranged for the visit of installation team.
Incident 2:
Again I mailed to your team, for damaged furniture received, replacement of glass for the coffee table that was purchased with the order. Your installation team also might have reported to you for the same. Till now your support staff has not responded to that as well.
Very light and ignorant attitude towards customer, after sales. Will never recommend your products to any one in the future. Was this information helpful? |
