Complaint:

The 2 chairs delivered had the following issues:
1. Alignment and height issues, dissimilar wooden planks used.
2. Ordinary flat cushions provided. (The shape of the cushions were completely different than what was displayed in the website.)
It's been more than 32 Days since I have raised complaint. Even after repeated chats/calls/emails to the saraf support team, there has been no proper response to resolve the issue. Every time they promise to check with the senior team.
When I saw the review later on Google, consumercomplaints.in, quora.com, etc, I was shocked. All they do is scam the customers.
Take Money, Send a defectives product and won't respond any complaints raised. Finally, the issue gets closed as the customer is frustrated of waiting for response.
Expectation:
Please fix the issues mentioned ASAP or please provide refund and collect back your chairs along with extra set of cushion covers.
