I ordered a study table and a chair from the site which was delivered before time. The table was broken so I ordered a replacement on the very day. It's been a month and I've been getting different replies by them. At first they said it's in production and will be shipped soon. Then they said it will be shipped this month. Then they said it will be shipped on the 8th of August and now they are saying that I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for the replacement.
And there is no use talking to them or sending them an email because firstly they are not helpful, secondly everyone is saying something different.
I'm sure a few more days and they'll say it will take another 4-5 weeks.
I asked them to cancel it as the table of as not even in production because of rain (they told me) but suddenly the man said 'once dispatched, we cannot cancel'.
The product isn't even in production and it is dispatched?
Someone else gave me some other excuse.
And they don't give any updates, I had to mail then and call them, always!
