My validity towards jio mobile recharge expired on 16.8.2021 and when I did my recharge towards Jio with Rs. 699/- by my debit card no [protected] through deal me good it clearly seems that my amount debited at Pasfar Technologies Pvt.Bangalore KAIN cashfree as per sms received but my recharge showing unsuccessful. -Please refer attachment for more details or you can refer trailing mail..
To avoid inconvenience in communication I once again tried through JIO App and finally recharged my mobile on same date and succeed but my amount of Rs.587/- is stuck somewhere which was unsuccesful.
Requesting you to kindly check and reimburse Rs.587/- into my Saraswat bank account no. [protected], IFSC Code - SRCB0000012 or debit card no.[protected] at earliest.
As per trailing mail my debit card no.[protected] will expired on 08/2021 kindly arrange to send new debit card on my office address or residential address.
Awaiting your favorable response and immediate action for reimbursement.
