In morning around 10am to 10:30am.. I'm entered in a saraswat bank atm at shalimar, nashik. I have entered in cardless cash withdrawal Request also confirmed from bank app. Of rs 3600/- After otp entered, message from bank that money was debited... But atm machine is out of service..
