I became member of the Society way back in Nov 1996 and was allotted Membership no 4007 for a plot of 502 sq yds land, no of my allotted plot is 1532 to be developed by the said Society. The said plot has not been assigned to me till date, physically.
That I have already paid Rs 15, 17, 460/- the entire demanded amount to the Society of the land including the development charges and the registration charges.
That till today my efforts of getting the plot are going on, but there is no remedy in sight, the problem is very acute and i would certainly want the Forum be pleased to intervene and help all those genuine aggrieved allotees to get their bonafide piece of land for which we all have waited more than 18 yrs.
I hope the forum will come to our rescue.
