A five year old kid and a servant were playing throw ball in the area near the gate and entrance to the `B' and `C' wings of the building Maheshwari Mansion at 34 Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai. Oriental Bank of Commerce with locker facility is on the ground floor of B-Wing. The same kid had thrown ball at me near my eye, some months ago and the police of Malabar Hill Police Station took me for treatment to Nair Hospital. Two watchmen from a leading authorised security agency were standing on guard. I called Police Control Room . Two lady police constables from Malabar Hill Police Station have just visited the site of nuisance and danger in the building. There is Priyadarshini Park very close to the building and August Kranti Maidan is also close by to play cricket and throw ball. Poor maintenance of the building by Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust can cause fire in the 80-year old building. Only recently fire alarm system has been installed in the building but such incidents of noise, nuisance and danger are not stopped.

Updated by Chandrarekha Mantri Electric wires and cables are hanging and fixed carelessly in the building. A kid and a servant were playing throw ball in the building yesterday. I have been told by a security guardof the building that both played with throw ball even after the visit of lady constables from Malabar Hill Station. These seven photographs have been clicked by me today morning to show how the building is being maintained by Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust and there is danger of fire due to short circuit.

Updated by Chandrarekha Mantri Photographs clicked by me today 20th January, 2017 at 6:10 p.m. with my smartphone from my balcony. Even the security guard posted for security in the building is playing throwball and many times the ball has gone above the boundary wall on the busy Nepean Sea Road where buses and vehicles ply in both directions. The 80-year old building has loose wires hanging all over. The security guard posted for security and safety is guilty of dereliction of duty.
