Saravana Furniture — Cheating , very poor customer care and not checking the product before dispatching it to customer.

I bought a king size bed and mattress and single bed and mattress yesterday (14/04 / 2021) I paid from the delivery charge and fittings charge as well .
When the delivery man ( Mr Rafiq) started fitting he found that 4 screws were missing . He told me he would get it from SARAVANA store or from a hardware store, he left the job unfinished and did not come back the whole day, when I called the store from where I bought the furnitures I was told that someone from SARAVANA store will come the next day and would fix it and wanted me to pay Rs 100 more to come and fit it . I regret to say that I feel very disappointed and cheated from the behaviour of the staff of the store and SARAVANA store as well . If I would have ordered from AMAZON they would have replaced the product by now . I have taken the video of the product and I have even recovered the conversation I had with the staff of the SARAVANA store which I am planning to post it in you tube and WhatsApp, if my grievance is not resolved .
