I bought a wooden almirah on November 19 2020, from Saravana Stores Furnitures buliding Padi chennai.
They promised me a delivery on November 26. And said it will be delivered in pieces, Very next day technician will come and assemble it.
Real Problem Starts here:
The Almirah got delivered on 27. And the technician didn't turn up for fixing. We waited almost several days extra.
Later I contacted the shop, they transfer the call to respective division people. His name is Arun(He is malayalee, just for identification). He promised me that he will send technician will arrive asap. But he fails. Again waited for few more days.
Then technician came on December 4, Please note, the technician isn't from Saravana, he personally said that he works in Damros and came in request of Arun, employee of saravana.
He fixed the almirah on December 4 morning 9am. But he said, the almirah one side wood is totally bent, please ask for replacement.
Then i contacted Arun for the problem, he said he will send technician again on December 5.
As well as, from December 5 the Almirah lock isn't opening, We placed our dress inside the almirah.
Our dress now got locked. But there is no proper response from Arun. He is totally negligent. He is not sending any technician.
Higher officials, if any one notices it, please take respective action against him.
We customers are reaching you with trust in your products and customer service you provide. But you people are failing in it.
Totally frustrated.
