I had ordered a sofa on November 3 from Saravana Stores, Chrompet, and paid the full amount of INR 9385. Advance Receipt number 9843.
Name of the item: Nesam Sofa, 3 seater, black color.
The sofa was delivered on Nov 07, but it was torn in some places.
The person (Mr. Ashok) who was present during the purchase informed that it will be packed properly and delivered, but that wasn't the case. As the material is rexine, it should have been properly packed and delivered.
I sent a video of the damages to the saravana stores sales person who sold this sofa to me on the same day. I dint hear back anything from him until next morning. I had called the saravana stores customer care number[protected], but the call went unanswered multiple times during the day. Call was finally answered, and I spoke with Mr. Ashok, who informed that he will send the company person to stitch the torn areas without asking if I was looking for a replacement or a refund, without any concern for delivering a damaged sofa.
Why cant saravana stores take care of the products that they deliver to their customers? Why is that the customer is not treated the way he/she has to be treated?
I would like saravana stores guys to come and take the damaged sofa and deliver a new one or take it and issue a full refund.
