Saravana Stores — feed back on bad experience during exchange at saravana store purasavakkam

Hi,

I am writing this email with much disappointment at saravana store purasaivakam at exchange counter.

I bought many dress for Diwali at 04/11/2018 for my kids. Unfortunately one of dress size doesn't fit and I came for exchange today(07/11/2018).

During exchange, they rejected for exchange as the dress is little dirty at the corner. I requested that I never noticed if this is get dirty during purchase or during my trial at my home on Diwali.

The exchange dress cost is Rs185, I said I purchased many dress and I claim for exchange for single dress which is unfit in size.

But the supervisor at the counter said they will exchange only within 7 days and denied my request, but I responded that it is only 3 days from the date of purchase.

Finally they denied for exchange which completely disappointed my day and trust on saravana store.

I gave the unfit dress to them as a gift as it is no more use with unfit size.

This incident affected me a lot as each money I spent is my hard earned money. The supervisor response in turn made discomfort and disappointed.

If I need only change not refund.
This is only my mistake . Not store .So plz answer .
I have purchased Dyning Table against invoice no. PR/1819/137064 on 06.11.2018 from SSL Furniture store, Padi. The goods has been delivered on 08.11.2018. However, the installation is still pending. No response on the contact no. provided from your store. Positive response solicited. Address for installation same as printed on invoice.
