We have purchased a cotton shirt at porur saravana stores recently for a festival. While opening t shirt to wear at t festival time, i saw a big hole and a damaged part at below. As i have removed t bills and collor carton pad everything, i didn't take chance to return it back. Below is the details of the billings. This is the second bitter experience i am facing. Previously before a month on t occassion of ayutha pooja, i brought a saree which was tored at t first wash soon when it s scrubbed in raw hand without any brush. As it was kept it was soaked in water i didn't came to replace it. Out of confidence when i continued to purchase shirt for t next time t same thing s happening where t material itself s damaged one. What do you do for us about this. We as a usual customer of saravana stores since 2010. We r feeling very bad about your products and services for the second time. Its highly unsatisfactory.
