Our family is regular customer to saravan thanga Nagai Maaligai. But in recent year we disappointed and affected badly about gold impurity. There is no proper response in jewellery staffs also. Three major incidents,
1.We have purchased 2 set of beads gold chain in sarvana stores. Recently for some reason we pledge that gold in bank. But in a month from bank they called and informed it's not a pure gold and we need to take it immediately.. During their inspection they tested and it became black and showing plastic beads inside of that. Image attached for reference.
2. Purchased gold ring and in few months color get faded and become like copper in many places . We complain the same in shop by Nov 2021 and thier response is very shocking as they said "we accept it but some time one or few gold become like that. If I want to replace I need to pay GST+ 4additional℅ wastage as they value it 8% wastage + additionally they reduced 300 MG from my ring . So they consider totally like replacement of old gold not on complaint replacement..
3. Nov 2021 I purchased new ring paying all but by shocking new ring also now getting faded in one side.
I have sent email and called no proper response.
So complaining here. Plz address it immediately..
