I ordered a LG 308 Litre Refrigerator on 28-Jul-2021 in The Legend Saravana Furniture Stores Padi - 600050 and the delivery date mentioned in the invoice/bill is 02-Aug-2021, but still item is not delivered to me and no one at Saravana Stores are taking responsibility in checking the status of my order. Hence I am submitting a complaint against them about their poor customer service and the way they cheat customers by false promises. Requesting to take severe action against them and help customers like me to refrain from further exploitation at their stores anywhere.
