We have been purchasing very regularly all our house hold Articles as well as clothes all our family members. We purchased convection type Microwave oven 25L of Kenstar from your Furniture Mart on 30.10.2020 bearing bill No.PR/2021/91706 for Rs.11, 800/-. At the time of purchase when we requested them to do a demonstration, a sales girl namely Mrs. Subha assured as that company representative will come and do the demo and had given the date of 02.11.2020 for such demonstration. We both are working and therefore expecting their visit one o[censored]s availed leave and waiting for them to come. However, no person contacted us till 4.56 pm. At 4.57 pm one person from Mobile No. [protected] called me up and said your address has no clarity. I had given the Sales girl at Furniture Mart a clear address of our house. However, I sent my address and location map to the person who called me up at 4.57 pm. Thereafter one another person at 7.57 called me up through his mobile No.[protected] and asked for my address. I gave him address and requested to do the demo today itself as we cannot avail leave one more day which was no avail. I called up the sales girl number [protected] who did not pick up my call despite we attempted twice. We are worried, even after immediate purchase the service provided by the company KENSTAR is not upto the satisfaction. I request your management to do take corrective measures immediately otherwise we may tend to take a decision not to visit your esteemed Stores as your staff seems to be very lenient towards customer service which could not be the mantra of your Stores with the request to return the product we purchased from you.
