Dear sir, I have been a long& regular visitor to PADI saravana stores...My purchase is sofar so good until my unfortunate visit on 16/3/21 around 9.50 hrs when I parked my two wheeler at the first base ment(just below ground floor). The security staff who was on duty called me and asked me in anger" வண்டிய எங்க வச்சிருக்கிற, கோடு தெரியல"...I was surprised at his behaviour and replied " என்னங்க, ஸ்கூல் பையன அதிகாரம் பண்றமாதிரி பேசறீங்க"...Then He shouted in total respectful, insulting words "யோவ், போயா போய் லைனுக்குள்ள வைய்யா"...Observing his abnormal behaviour, I totally maintained silent and went to shopping at 7 th floor. After shopping, I raised complaint with DURAIMANI and his fellow supervisor, but just I received formal words from them which is not convincing. So I was totally disappointed at their reaction and now submitting this complaint hoping for suitable disciplinary action against the security staff concerned. Do you think words of duty security staff(having beard on his face, standing at east entrance)..are permitted to use on innocent customers ?...Do you want us Keep silent against this rude behaved staff?...I putforth this complaint to your goodself in a good intention to prevent him to bring greater disrepute& embarrassment to your credible, reliable stores since he is a potential risk for escalating tension on visiting customer due to his poor display of temperament & conversation standards...Once I again I request you to take suitable action against him Was this information helpful? |
